| Who are Claim2us? |
Claim2us is a claims management organisation owned by JSM Resources Limited. Claim2us is regulated by the Ministry of Justice in respect of regulated claims management activities.
We have been providing compensation claim services to those who have been personally injured, through no fault of their own, and wish to claim a financial award for those injuries.

| What injuries can I claim for? |
You do not have to sustain a serious injury to be entitled to make a compensation claim. You are entitled in law to be compensated for any injury arising out of a non-fault accident which you sustain which can include cuts, bruises, soft tissue injuries such as whiplash. All injuries should be severe enough to seek medical attention to bring a claim for compensation.

| Is there a time limit on submitting a claim for personal injuries? |
A claim for personal injury can be submitted up to three years from the date of the incident.
A claim for clinical negligence can be submitted up to three years from the date of diagnosis.
A claim for criminal injuries compensation can be submitted up to two years following reporting the incident to the police.
For any claim, it is always better to bring a claim at the earliest possible opportunity.

| Should I have reported my injuries to my GP or hospital? |
It is essential to facilitate a personal injury claim to have a written record of the injuries and subsequent treatment either at your GP or hospital. If your injuries did not require medical treatment, it is unlikely that we will be able to assist you.

| How can a claim cost me nothing? |
We appoint solicitors who agree to enter into a Conditional Fee Agreement in relation to their legal costs and take out an Insurance Policy to protect you against any other potential costs.
If you are successful in your claim, then the responsible third party are required to pay ALL of your legal costs including the cost of your insurance premium. If for any reason you are unsuccessful in your claim the Insurance Policy will cover all the legal costs.
This way the whole claim costs you nothing either way.

| Who funds the insurance and disbursements? |
The Appointed Solicitor funds the cost of ALL insurance premiums and disbursements. Disbursements usually include Medical Reports, Assessors Fees and Court Fees.

| Is there a cost for funding? |
For a standard personal injury claim, there is no cost to you however if your claim is for criminal injury or clinical negligence, there is usually a charge.

| What cover does the Insurance Policy provide? |
If your case is unsuccessful the Insurance Policy covers you for any liability in respect of legal costs, disbursements and the cost of the insurance premium. You receive full cover and incur NO COST.
When you are successful the Appointed Solicitor recovers the insurance premiums from the third party and still you incur NO COST.

| Who will represent me in my claim for personal injuries? |

| Can I be compensated for losses other than injuries? |
You are entitled to recover any loss which you incur as a result of an accident including damaged clothing, expenses and loss of earnings when the accident or injury was shown not to be your fault.

| Will I have to visit a solicitors office? |
You may visit the solicitor if you wish, however you will not be inconvenienced or expected to attend the offices of our Appointed Solicitor.

| What is the procedure for submitting a claim? |
